As our Museum Archive Libraries & Learning (MALL) service unit transforms and expands, an exciting opportunity exists to join our evolving team. City of Newcastle (CN) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join Newcastle Libraries and Newcastle Museum in this newly created permanent, part time opportunity working Monday and Friday mornings and all day on Saturday and Sunday.
As our Weekend Service Delivery Coordinator, you will work as part of the Service Delivery leadership team to plan the strategic direction of MALL and collaborate to develop and implement policies around service delivery. Working across 11 locations, you will develop strong collaborative working relationships with the Library and Museum Service Delivery Leads and weekend staff, facilitating an integral link between weekday and weekend operations.
Leading a team of permanent, part time, trainee and casual staff; this role will see you develop and support your team to deliver exceptional library and museum customer service across multiple sites on weekends, ensuring weekend staff have the necessary training, information and support to do so.
